  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
  • 2 pounds crab legs
  • 1 pound mussels
  • 1 pound potatoes, quartered
  • 2 ears corn, cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add potatoes.
  2. After 10 minutes, add corn and seasoning.
  3. Next, add crab legs and mussels, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice.
  6. Drain the seafood and mix with the garlic butter sauce. Serve immediately.
