- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
