4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 package active dry yeast
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast.
Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, and salt.
Add flour gradually, kneading until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled.
Roll out the dough and spread with butter.
Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
Roll and cut into individual rolls.
Place in a baking dish and let rise again.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool and drizzle with icing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add nuts or raisins before rolling the dough.
