  • 1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center and surround it with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes, then sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, until the feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  7. Once done, combine the baked feta and tomatoes with the cooked pasta and bacon. Mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
