  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts and pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
