2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into patties and place them in a baking dish.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the patties evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
