Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned and fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the cooked turkey and bacon to the bowl and toss gently.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Serve immediately in bowls.
